Tom's Modified Calendex and Process

Hey folks,

There have been some fantastic replies to last weeks email ‘Let’s talk about BJ’s‘ so I wanted to highlight one in particular sent in by Tom K.

Tom uses a really neat system in which he gives tasks (broken down by TODO’s and IMPROMPTU’s) their own identifiable labels and a modified layout using a 2 page PER MONTH instead of the standard setup of a whole year on 2 pages.

It includes screenshots and everything!

What I like is that Tom has utilised on one of the key strengths of the Calendex perfectly - its adaptability.

You can make it as big or as small as you need, it is not bound by the size of a page but only by your imagination.
